Eric Little, CPA (Owner)
I am a native of Canton, Ohio. I graduated from Washington & Jefferson College in Washington, PA in 1998 with my BA in Accounting and a minor in French and Entrepreneurial Studies.
I have over 12 years of income tax experience dealing with high net worth and middle income taxpayers, including tax preparation, tax consultation (planning), and handling IRS issues. I also have over 3 years of experience in GAAP accounting with a Fortune 500 company.
I used to work for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) for 6.5 years in Stamford, CT, Paris, France and here in Charlotte, NC. Like most accountants working for one of the Big 4, I eventually moved to the private sector and worked for MillerCoors LLC for just over 3 years. While PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP gave me the skill set needed to provide tax services, it was MillerCoors LLC that reinforced my accounting skills. I believe the combination of these two skill sets puts me in a unique situation to add value to my clients as I have exposure from both a prestigious accounting firm and a fortune 500 company, which has allowed me to play on both sides of the fence, from public to private accounting.
I created this firm to help individuals and small businesses meet their financial goals and advise them as needed while not putting a large dent in their wallet.
While the typical H&R Block business prepares returns for 4 months out of the year and then locks its doors, the full service CPA firm charges high prices for tax returns and bills at high hourly rates for its services. I wanted to offer clients a happy median where they can feel free to pick up the phone and have a conversation knowing they are getting sound direction without a time meter running. I keep my overhead costs low and leverage technology as much as possible.
